Preparing the solar hot air collector for installation. Here we see a hole cut into the panel back. The short piece of duct will be attached. Solar heated air will pass through the duct into the house.

Two openings have been cut through the wall. The lower opening will allow cooler house air to enter the solar hot air collector where it will be heated and reenter the house through the upper opening. In this case a small fan is used to increase air flow.

The panel installed on the south wall of the home. This home is owned by Columbus Park Housing, a non-profit housing provider in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
